Domaine BOXLER :
Rightly considered to be one of the best estates in Alsace (located in Niedermorschwihr), founded by Jean-Marc Boxler and now run by his son Jean, the Boxler estate is now organic. Nearly half of its 35 acres of hillside vines are classified as Grand Cru (Sommerberg and Brand). Discover their exceptional plot selections (E like Eckberg, D like Dudenstein ...)

Domaine ARLAUD
Located in Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Arlaud, born in 1942, offers a remarkable collection of great Burgundy wines. Certified organic since 2010, biodynamic since 2014, the Estate, managed by Cyprien Arlaud since 2013, seeks to create wines that best express the different terroirs of Burgundy, in the full expression of Pinot Noir.
When he turned forty, Fabien Duperray, wine merchant, decided to produce his own bottles. First in Beaujolais, where his "Jules Desjourneys" have become references, and now in Burgundy, where he has settled in the Mâconnais. From its first vintage, in 2014, professional tasters and amateurs have underlined the extraordinary ambition of its wines (Pouilly, Saint-Véran).
A familiar figure in winemaking in Meursault, Dominique Lafon decided, in 1999, to settle on the clay-limestone slopes of Mâconnais. Thus was born the Domaine des Héritiers du Comte Lafon, organic and biodynamic, which now has nearly 49 acres of vines mainly spread over Milly-Lamartine, Bussières or Viré-Clessé
Catherine Buisson and Patrick Essa are winemakers in Côte-d'Or, at the head of a 20 acre estate located between Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Nothing less ! Their organic wines are of a demanding purity, very straight and elegant.

Domaine LAPALU
Among the most famous Beaujolais wines, produced organically, the wines of Domaine Lapalu (Beaujolais, Brouilly, etc.), an estate created in 1996, now enjoy international recognition (Parker regularly assigns them 91 to 94 points, exceptional marks for wines from this region). Jean-Claude Lapalu knows how to amplify the terroir, both by offering a rare fruit purity, added to a real aging potential for certain vintages (the Cuvée des Fous).

On the right bank of the Rhône, Domaine Courbis is the southernmost vineyard of the Saint-Joseph appellation. The estate has been in the family since the 16th century! Today, brothers Dominique and Laurent, grow Rhône wines that are both respectful of tradition and modern winemaking.
Domaine Coursodon only produces Saint-Joseph on nearly 40 acres of vines (including 33 dedicated to reds), mainly located in Mauves. The "Paradis Saint-Pierre" cuvée is considered by Robert Parker to be the pinnacle of the appellation across all domains.
Domaine DURAND
Family estate of 37 acres, located to the south of the AOC Saint-Joseph and Cornas, the Durand estate has been operated by brothers Eric and Joël since 1991. They produce wines marked by both the elegance and the typical characteristics of their terroir.

Today, Christian Jacques continues the work of his late wife Anne-Claude Leflaive, a master of wine-growing in Burgundy. In a single portion of 25 acres of vines, are cultivated biodynamically grape varieties (chenin, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, grolleau ...) at the origin of great Anjou wines, long aging and of rare aromatic purity.
The family estate which Nicolas Grosbois has been in charge of since 2008 offers Chinon wines with delicate tannins and strong fruit. Nicolas first used his talents as a New Zealand winemaker in Chile, an experience that persuaded him of the value of aging in vats rather than in "wood". Its Clos du Noyer, dense and velvety, expresses a generous terroir.

In 1992, Yves Canarelli took over his father's vines near Figari. Little by little, he imposed a personal style, which originated in exceptional wines. He gave new life to forgotten indigenous grape varieties (such as Carcaghjolu) and, in 2009, acquired a plot of pre-phylloxera vines. In 2010, he also replanted the first Clos de Bonifacio, on a remarkable limestone terroir, called Tarra di Sognu. These wines express tremendous potential.

The estate of the Abbaye de Pierredon, located in the Alpilles mountain range (in the town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence), is a magical place. Its vines, nestled in the heart of 1483 acres of forests, scrubland and olive groves (the estate also produces excellent olive oil), are placed under the protection of a 13th century abbey, now restored.
The name of the cuvées evokes the prayers that once punctuated the daily life of the monks (known as Chalais).
The wines here are guaranteed "organic" in order to best respect the wild and preserved character of the place.

Domaine Laure et Pascal DOQUET
Based in Vertus, Pascal Doquet cultivates his vines organically on magnificent terroirs of the Côte des Blancs (grand cru in Mesnil-sur-Oger, premier cru in Vertus or even in Mont Aimé). With their fine bubbles, Doquet Champagne offers a complex nose as well as remarkable length in the mouth. Real tasting champagnes.
Emmanuel Lassaigne has been operating the family estate of nearly 12 acres since 1999. He creates elegant and accurate wines: Les Vignes de Montgueux, delicious as an aperitif or even La Colline Inspirée, a cuvée matured 100% in oak barrels, simply exceptional.

Nicolas Deriaux and his son César obtain the best of a still unfairly unknown appellation: Etoile. Straight, intense, their wines are marvelous quality-price ratios wise: Special Cuvée, Chardonnay matured for a long time under veil, perfect yellow wines, Cuvée en Banode - harmoniously marrying Savagnin and Chardonnay - or even incomparable crémant 100% Chardonnay… A variety to be tasted…
Domaine TISSOT
Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot continue the family tradition (initiated by André, Stéphane's grandfather). Organic domain (1999) and then biodynamic (2004), their estate today covers 106 acres of grape varieties (savagnin, poulsard, trousseau, pinot noir, chardonnay) and produces unforgettable wines in all the appellations of the region. (Château-Chalon, Côtes du Jura or Vin Jaune)

Domaine BREUER
This mythical Rüdesheim estate, founded in 1880, became the property of the Breuer family at the start of the last century. It was Georg Breuer (1910-1982) who established its reputation. His son, now helped by his daughter Theresa Breuer and the oenologist Hermann Schmoranz, have enlarged a property which has 82 acres mostly dedicated to the Riesling grape (80%)
Domaine Molitor is located in Moselle, the land of choice for German Riesling. Markus, in 1984 (then barely 20 years old ...) took over this family estate, made up of vines on extremely steep slopes (up to 80%)! This type of operation requires manual, high-precision harvesting work. The result is exceptional and today celebrated, both for its Riesling and for its Pinot Noir, all over the world (5 Gault & Millau bunches, several 100 Parker points)

Located in the "High-Piedmont", the estate has been ran since 1999 by Paolo De Marchi and his son Luca, renowned producers of Chianti Classico (Isole e Olena) in Tuscany. The region's unique climate produces wines that are reminiscent of the most racy Burgundies.

Located in Santa Barbara, the Bien Nacido estate, which has been in the Miller family since 1969, covers more than 865 acres! Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay come from different winemakers, but only those who have met the high-quality demands of the Miller family will have the right to label their wines with the Bien Nacido name.
