Vincent Gaudry knows his terroir by heart, works with respect for the previous generations and rejoices in the vineyards and in this Sancerre to whose fame and return to grace he has largely contributed. He began work in the vines at the age of sixteen in 1991 on his father’s estate.
Then there were five hectares – today it’s almost the double! It was Vincent’s choice to stop using pesticides, and to adopt organic farming and biodynamic techniques, obtaining organic certification in 2002 and Demeter (biodynamic) certification in 2006.
