The Lamy family have worked in the vines at Saint-Aubin in Burgundy since 1640.
The estate developed in the nineties with the purchase or rental of some remarkable vines by Hubert, the “guardian of tradition”, plus new plantations (Saint-Aubin 1er cru "En Remilly") from 1995 onwards undertaken by his son Olivier, qualified in viticulture and winemaking.
Now comprised of 18 ½ hectares spread across the famous appellations of Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, the Domaine Hubert Lamy is justly proclaimed by the Revue du Vin de France, the Bettane and Dessauve Guide and also Robert Parker
